Hi, I'm Lesley.
I offer personalised online life coaching, career coaching and health coaching, tailored to your specific needs.
A little about my background....
Prior to life coaching, I was the CEO of an Executive Search & Recruitment Firm for 18 years in South Africa. During this time I qualified as an Advanced Life and Business Coach, and for over a decade, my Recruitment Firm also offered Career Coaching services.
Around five years ago, I decided to take a sabbatical from Recruitment and Career Coaching to pursue additional studies and explore my passions. During this time, I became a qualified Chef and then a certified Vegan Chef. I also qualified as a Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach. I then went on to further my coaching credentials by obtaining a Life Qualification in the UK to ensure full accreditation here.
Today, I offer life, career, and health coaching services. Combining all my studies and experience, my coaching has a holistic approach, recognising the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul in our overall well-being.
On a more personal note, I myself have had to overcome many challenges in life which I believe, has cultivated within me a deep sense of empathy, compassion, and understanding, which I bring to every coaching session.
